CPC’s New Interactive ‘Green’ Calculator Shows Building Owners Potential Cost Savings from Energy Upgrades | The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), in partnership with Bright Power Inc., has launched an interactive, online software application that calculates the potential cost savings of energy-efficient upgrades to multifamily buildings. The free tool is called CPC VeriFi and enables building owners to generate an estimate of the economic benefits of incorporating energy and water efficiency features based on a sample scope of work.
