Please join us to learn more about what Housing First means and what it looks like in practice. Anyone seeking a better understanding of Housing First principals and low-barrier program execution are encouraged to attend.

Rapid Re-Housing
Join this session to learn more about this successful model, landlord engagement and how to rapidly re-house your homeless households.  

Working with the CoC to Keep People Housed
This session will build upon the session entitled "Building and Strengthening Partnerships with your Continuum of Care" and will focus on the policies and practices that require collaboration between Community Action Agencies (CAA's) and Continuums of Care (CoC) to ensure those that are sheltered or placed into housing build a sustainable safety net to remain housed. 

Harm Reduction and Naloxone/Narcan
Learn about the basic principles of a Harm Reduction program model to decide how you can incorporate successful components into your service model. Those who work in or manage programs and interact with clients regularly are encouraged to attend.

Mental Health Basics & De-Escalation Training
This session will provide a basic overview of common mental health barriers, how to identify and respond to in the moment. Those who work in or manage programs and interact with clients regularly are encouraged to attend.

Building & Strengthening Relationships with your Continuum of Care (CoC)
Come to this session to learn more about overlapping service needs, grant requirements, training resources and expertise your CoC partners hold. Organizational leads, managers and direct service staff from community organizations, CoCs or CAA's are encouraged to attend.
