SPM Update
All customers should now have the revised 0700 and 0700.1b reports.
A summary of the reports under investigation as listed below:
- 0703 - Employment and Income Growth for CoC Funded Projects Metric 4 - v5
- Investigating issue with how reviews for Annual Assessment at 30 days are possibly being excluded as outside range.
- Investigating potential issue with how non-HoH adults are flagged as error for Annual Assessment due to wrong anniversary date.
- 0706 - Permanent Housing Placement - Retention Metric 7 - v8
- Investigating potential issue with valid last transaction. This will impact a few clients that have more than exit that meet specific criteria.
The 0703 report can be used now as only a few clients will be impacted by the potential changes. If a revision is necessary, it will go out this weekend. We will send out an announcement by end of business Friday, May 24
th if we have to release revised reports.
