The National Low Income Housing Coalition recently released the 30th anniversary edition of Out of Reach comparing wages and rents throughout the U.S. The report illustrates that rental housing continues to be out of reach for millions of low-wage workers and other extremely low-income renters. Out of Reach provides the Housing Wage—the hourly wage a full-time worker must earn to afford a modest rental home without spending more than 30 percent of his or her income on housing costs—for every state, metropolitan area, and county in the U.S. To learn more, click here.

Priscilla Almodovar has been named CEO of Enterprise Community Partners. She joins Enterprise from JPMorgan Chase, where she served as managing director and head of Chase’s community development program. Almodovar will begin in September.
Brandee McHale will join Wells Fargo as the head of Corporate Philanthropy in August. McHale will succeed Jon Campbell. Previously McHale served as the head of Corporate Citizenship at Citigroup and president of the Citi Foundation.
