From Our Federal Partners: Webinar on Implementing the “Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America” Initiative
The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ (HHS) Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP) will host a webinar to provide an update on efforts to implement the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America initiative. The webinar will be held in collaboration with federal partners from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Indian Health Service (IHS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
The webinar will be an opportunity for a wide range of stakeholders to:
  • Understand more about the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America initiative
     
  • Hear from the HHS agencies implementing the initiative about some of the major activities to date and the planned activities for implementing the initiative
     
  • Learn about the indicators that have been developed to measure progress toward ending the HIV epidemic in America
