ServicePoint Data Center Outage RESOLVED
We have resolved the outage in the data center. We were alerted about connectivity issues in the data center. We have switched traffic over to our backup and connectivity is now restored for all sites. We will continue to monitor the connectivity and will update you if anything changes.
We are still investigating the overnight ART rebuild failure issue for several customers. We will post another communication once we have more information.
