CPD Monitoring Handbook Update 6509.2 REV-7, CHG-1 Now Available
HUD is excited to announce the CPD Monitoring Handbook has been updated. This update includes the following:
  • Chapter 2: Management of Monitoring Activities - updates language regarding corrective actions
     
  • Chapter 7: HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) – includes changes in the most recent final rule
     
  • Chapter 25: Relocation and Real Property Acquisition – involves changes given most recent guidance
     
The new CPD Monitoring Handbook is on the Community Planning and Development (CPD) Program Monitoring page in the Monitoring Overview section. The CPD Program Monitoring page is an essential resource for CPD grantees working in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Continuum of Care (CoC), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME, and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) programs.
