New HUD Numbers Show Decline in Veteran Homelessness
Veteran homelessness has decreased by 2.1 percent between 2018 and 2019, and by 50 percent since 2010. These encouraging numbers came from data that will be included in HUD's Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) and were announced by Secretary Ben Carson on November 12. Read more here

Care Kits Delivered to Puerto Rico
On Veterans Day, Wendy McClinton, NCHV Board Member & CEO/President of Black Veterans for Social Justice, presented the VA-Caribbean Healthcare system with Care Kits for veterans. The kits were donated by Marriott Hotels and the George Washington University Chapter of United Mission for Relief and Development.
