Resources and assistance to support HUD's community partners Home Programs Resources Training From Our Partners: Building State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships Webinar Materials Available On September 12, 2019, the Medicaid Innovation Accelerator Program (IAP) hosted a webinar entitled Tools and Resources for Building State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships. The slide deck, audio recording, and webinar transcript have been posted to the Medicaid.gov IAP website, along with the IAP State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships Toolkit, which was highlighted during the webinar. The IAP State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships Toolkit is designed to assist states as they consider systems-level changes that further community integration, including the intersection between health care and housing. This toolkit is based on the tools used to provide program support to 16 states that participated in the IAP State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships Tracks between 2016 and 2018.
