Register Today: Point-in-Time Count Office Hours: January 15, 2020
Happy New Year! The 2020 Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Point-in-Time (PIT) count are right around the corner. HUD will host a PIT Count Office Hours session on January 15, 2020 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM EST in preparation for the upcoming count.
The PIT Count Office Hours will focus on common questions that have been raised in the Ask A Question (AAQ) portal, including:

  • 2020 Census questions
     
  • HUD’s expectations for extrapolation
     
  • The impact of the 2020 HMIS Data Standards on the HIC and PIT count

After discussing the items above, the call will open for discussion on anything related to the HIC and PIT count. HUD encourages participants to bring any questions, issues, or best practices that have been encountered to this forum.
