We are getting close to the submission deadline for the Data Quality Framework report and System Performance Measures reports. During this time of year there is an increased usage of ART including both running and scheduling reports. During this period of peak usage, we have the following recommended best practices:
The scheduled reports queue is for all customers. We highly recommend running small/medium-sized ART reports and only scheduling large reports to reduce the burden during this period of peak usage.
When scheduling large reports, please make sure they are being scheduled after your nightly rebuild finishes. You can review the latest build date in the ART section of ServicePoint.
When possible, we recommend running reports outside of peak business hours. Peak business hours are between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM CDT. This is when we have coast to coast users accessing and running ART reports.
We will be monitoring the scheduled reports queue more closely during this period of peak usage. We will be clearing out any blocked reports. If your scheduled report is stopped due it blocking the queue it will appear as "Failed" in your list of scheduled reports.
Please be aware that you will need to create reporting groups for the 0640 report because HUD wants this report run on a variety of date ranges and groupings of providers. Please make sure that you set aside enough time to run this report multiple times (as many as 20 times) before the submission deadline.
