Meeting the data submission deadline for the System Performance Measures Report has historically been a factor considered by HUD in the annual Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. CoCs should consider the amount of time it may take to compile and enter information needed to meet the FY 2019 System Performance Measures reporting requirement.

If you have any questions about the System Performance Measures data submissions process, please submit your questions to the Ask A Question (AAQ) portal.
In Step 2 of the question submission process, select “HDX Homelessness Data Exchange (including PIT, HIC, AHAR, Sys PM, LSA, and PDX)” from the “My question is related to” drop down list.
HUD will do its best to respond to questions submitted after 5:00 PM EST on February 28, 2020 but cannot guarantee that staff will be able to respond prior to the data submission deadline.
