COVID-19 intake and referral process questions
WellSky is interested in learning more about how our information & referral/211 and contact center clients have changed their intake and referral procedures in response to the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Please take approximately 6 minutes before 5 PM ET tomorrow, March 25, to complete our questionnaire. We will use the information to determine if there are any commonalities that would help us quickly create and implement a common COVID-19 contact intake sheet and Qlik Sense dashboard report for use by individual agencies that could also provide aggregate statistics.
