(Baltimore County, MD) Free Showers for Homeless Persons
We are seeking volunteers and supplies listed below.
- Interested volunteers must complete Volunteer Registration Form
- Shift(s): Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Locations: See flyer above
- Volunteer Positions:
- Team Leader - Provide direction and oversight for the day
- Screener - Outside the front door asking COVID screening questions
- Hallway Attendant - Ensure the sign-in sheet is completed & monitor the hallways and provide direction
- Social Worker - Information on benefits, supportive services, and referrals.
- Male Shower Attendant - provide toiletries and visibility
- Female Shower Attendant - provide toiletries and visibility
SUPPLIES NEEDED (approx 200 of each):
- Towels
- Wash cloths
- Soap
- Shampoo
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
- Combs
