WellSky is aware of the issues related to performance and nightly rebuilds for both ART and Qlik Sense after the recent migration to Iron Mountain. WellSky is working to resolve the performance issues with ART and getting rebuilds for the affected sites. Sites will run slower than normal during the rebuild since normally rebuilds occur at night.
WellSky will continue to monitor ART and Qlik Sense and we are in the process of making configuration changes as needed to ensure timely access to ART and Qlik Sense.
