Description and Application

Responsibilities:
  • Inform, interpret for, and advise the Field Office Director or Regional Director, office program directors (Housing, Public Housing and CPD), and other staff as appropriate, in the implementation of the Department's environmental and energy policies
  • Serve as the chief point of contact within the region for all HUD offices requiring environmental guidance
  • Serve as the principal point of contact within the region on establishing and implementing all performance goals within the context of the Department’s Management Plan
  • Approve and monitor Field Environmental Officer (FEO) work plans to meet Management Plan Objectives and carry out Department Environment Policies
