HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) is hosting a webinar that explains the requirements described in Notice CPD-20-01: Four-Year Completion Requirement for HOME-Assisted Projects. HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) projects must be completed four years from the date of project commitment. Failure to meet this deadline may result in HUD terminating the project and the Participating Jurisdiction (PJ) repaying HOME funds. Register today!
