HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) is hosting a webinar that explains the requirements described in Notice CPD-20-01: Four-Year Completion Requirement for HOME-Assisted Projects. HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) projects must be completed four years from the date of project commitment. Failure to meet this deadline may result in HUD terminating the project and the Participating Jurisdiction (PJ) repaying HOME funds. Register today! - Track projects to see that they are on schedule to meet the completion deadline
- Request an extension from HUD if a project is not on track to meet the deadline
