Increasing Access to Medication-Assisted Treatment for People Experiencing Homelessness

This webinar continues the exploration into the interrelationship of homelessness and the opioid epidemic. In this second webinar of the series, subject matter experts will discuss specific models for expanding access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT). It will feature the CA Bridge Program and Washington State Health Care Authority's Peer Pathfinder and Continuum of Care programs for individuals experiencing homelessnessyou will hear firsthand from individuals who have experienced homelessness and substance use disorders. They will talk about services and supports that helped them the most during this time and what really made a difference in their recovery and journey out of homelessness. The speakers will also draw on their experience helping others toward recovery and housing.
