Today, Friday, October 30, 2020, is the deadline for attempting a Preliminary Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA) 2019 and 2020 data upload to the Homelessness Data Exchange, Version 2.0 (HDX 2.0). Continuums of Care (CoCs) should plan to make at least one upload attempt per reporting cycle (2019 and 2020) by 8:00 PM EDT/5:00 PM PDT. If an upload has been rejected, communities should download the error report from the HDX 2.0 and work with their vendor to resolve the errors identified in the report. To access the report, follow these steps: - Select the ‘LSA’ tab in the top right corner
- Navigate to the ‘View All Datasets’ page
- In the ‘Upload Status’ column of the respective upload, select the ‘Rejected’ link, and then select ‘Print Error Report’
Next Steps Next week, communities can expect to receive details on the data cleaning process from their assigned Abt data liaison. The HUD LSA team will begin reviewing data quality warnings and providing feedback during the week of November 16, 2020 to communities that have successfully uploaded a 2019 or 2020 LSA submission. The HUD LSA team will also work with communities who are still working on an upload during this time as well. |
