The "HMIS Case Notes" section is available on the Entry Assessment, Update Assessment (Interim Reviews), and Exit Assessment.  Do not use the built-in "Client Case Notes" on the Profile tab, as you cannot see it on the Entry, Update, or Exit assessments. See the screenshot below for the "HMIS Case Notes". FEATURES: Each case note may "locked"  Attach files to individual case notes Print individual case notes (with client + case mgr signatures + dates).

March - 2015 SAMHSA Announces 2015 Continuum of Care (CoC) SOAR Technical Assistance Awards This year, 23 CoCs around the country expressed interest in receiving technical assistance from the SAMHSA SOAR TA Center. We had an excellent applicant pool this year, as there were a large number of well-qualified applications. The SOAR TA Center was able to select five CoCs for the technical assistance award. Congratulations to the selected CoCs: Florida 507 (Homeless Services Network of Central Florida) Alabama 507 (Balance of State) Sonoma County, CA California 518 (Vallejo/Solano County) Richland County, SC (Midlands Area Coalition for the Homeless) With the assistance of the SOAR TA Center, each CoC lead will attend a Leadership Academy, organize a strategic planning forum, and implement SOAR in their communities. It’s chaotic, academically less rigorous and far less nurturing. Now, as they settle into their third year in our neighborhood schools, we can confidently report the following: 1) Our public schools are more chaotic, more bureaucratically rigid, and far less nurturing and creative than the lovely little private school my children once attended; 2) our children are less academically challenged than they were in private school; 3) despite points 1 and 2, above, we’ll keep them where they are. We left the private school system because we were stressed, in all kinds of ways.  As soon as we stopped paying two private school tuitions, I was able to quit my second job and we stopped constantly worrying about money....
